By now if you are running Windows 7 or 8 you have most certainly been offered by Microsoft a free upgrade to their Windows 10 Operating System.

An Operating System is the environment in which your computer does everything. The program and all your files all use and exist within the operating system so you can access them.

Like all new major software upgrade, there have been mixed results. Someone people love Windows 10, some hate it and some like me are on the fence.

There are a lot of benefits upgrading to Windows 10 but if you are not sure and are happy with your current system I personally wouldn’t change it.

Its always nice to have something new, but new doesn’t mean better, more secure or faster. Many people who upgrade to Windows 10 have reported loss of Wifi, system instability or simply find it to different to Windows 7 or 8 they end up going back to their Operating System.

If you have automatic updates setup on your computer, like you should to protect yourself from vulnerabilities in your system and to keep up to date with the latest Operating System file, you are probably unknowingly downloading Windows 10, even if you do not wan to install it.

Microsoft have decided to give their customers the best user experience possible, they would issues their customers the Windows 10 files with in their updates, just in case they want to install it later.

Thats all good and fine, but what if you do not want to install Windows 10?

Also, a lot of people do not have a lot of Internet data every month. For the casual user, who only logs on every now and again and use their 4G or phone connection for a modem, the 3GB update necessary for this installation to work will use most if not all their data for the month in one go!
