    At Townsville Nerds we like to try and find solutions for our customers which are not only cheap, but easy to implement and reliable .

    One of the biggest problems for home and work users is still being able to copy a lot of files quickly and reliably between devices and for the purpose of backing up.

    It doesn’t matter how many times you try, sometimes you just cant copy some files to another device or to another part of the drive. For whatever reason it just stops, doesn’t like particular files or gets stuck in one spot. This can be particularly annoying when you have to wait a few hours and it stops, then you need to go through the whole process.

    If only there was a better and automated way?

     

    Introducing Karens Replicator

    Karens Replicator is a small free program which can be download from MajorGeeks.

    It runs good on Windows XP, Vista, &, 8 and 8.1. I have heard mixed results regarding its us in Windows 10 so you will have to run your own tests.

    Karens Replicator is so good because it very reliable and so simple to use. You do not need to concentrate on permissions, in-depth automation and privileges.

    The GUI (Graphical User Interface) is really simple and anyone can use and set it up quite easily.

    Recovery After Failure

    The great thing about using this file to replicate structures as apposed as a complete back up or image is you do not need Karens Replicator to restore the files onto another computer or the same due to system failure.

    With a lot of backup solutions you either need to restore the whole backup, or you need to install the recovery software somewhere to get the files.

    Karens Replicator is much easier. It just copies the file to somewhere else on your computer or to a another device like external hard drive or usb stick.

    The files appear on there like they have just been copied and you can plug them into another computer and use them straight away,
